Punk'd


Today, while on the phone making a car rental reservation, I really pranked the agent.  After being on the phone much longer than I should've been, I told him I was actually a Vice President of the company and was simply calling to check on his customer service skills.  I told him they were lacking.  He was brand new to the gig.  I could tell he was scared crapless, so I started laughin' my butt off and told him he'd been punked!  He sighed a heavy relief.  But I hope he learned somethin' from our exchange though:  that he should hone up on his skills!  Customers are EVERYTHING!  Without them, NO company can exist.  Not one!
