Just returned from a housewarming shindig for my friend, Matt. His place looks great. It's appointed with all his tastes! His mother was there from Dallas along with two of his sisters. He seemed really happy. I remember when life dealt him some really depressing moments. Really depressing. His comeuppance is proof positive that as long as I trudge onward, I, too, can come up! And thrive! And I shall. I'm too talented, too kind and too loving not to! I thank God and His Universe for all that I am and all that I strive to become. Amen.
