Back Hotter Than Ever
I tell ya, if you seriously want to make a physical change via diet and exercise, you CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One of my friends here in Cali said he was tired of not looking like the fit, athletic guy he has been for much of his adult life. So, he did something about it!
Reclaiming his former body wasn't easy, but he was determined to do it.
And from the looks of his video below (taken a week or so ago), I'd say his former body is probably hotter NOW than it was when he was in his 20s!!!! He's currently a hop and a skip from 40!
