All my life I've been lean. Or slim. Or skinny, dependin' on whom you ask. Over the years I've managed to incorporate fitness into my daily life and that has changed the shape of my body considerably. What I'm still anxious to develop, though, are my legs. And to me, the most ideal-looking legs belong to dancers. Ballet dancers in particular. I'm now working on getting mine together. The isometric squats I've been doing lately should help me out. I suspect as long as I do them regularly, my legs will be lookin' better in due time!
