Back To The Basics

At 48 yrs of age exercise is MANDATORY!!!  I walked my butt off this, past weekend, but now it's time to go back to the basics:  jumping jacks and push-ups!  So, off I go!!!!  Decline push-ups work best for me.  I lift my feet onto the kitchen counter!  I also use push-up bars.  Enough dilly dallying.  Away I go!!!
