The Wheel Of Fitness

This past weekend I bought my first ab wheel.  And I'm thrilled to say I'm gettin' some good usage out of it!  In fact, I'm gonna get down onto the floor and push out 10-15 reps right now!  But boy, oh boy, does it put my body through the ringer!


  1. T-man, this thing is NO JOKE!! I SEE & FEEL a difference after ONE week!

  2. How often do you use it? How many sets and reps during the workout?

  3. TEN sets of 10 reps for a total of 100 reps. DAILY! And I FEEL it!!!! I took off one full day this week and will be back down on my mat within the next 30 minutes to pump out my 100 for the day!
