Clean As A Whistle

Good Colon Prep

Walked into the hospital today for my colonoscopy at 8 AM.  Was on the table and being seen at 2:30 PM.  Yes, a COLOSSAL waste of my time.  But truth be told, I'm THRILLED to have had the procedure done!

Two weeks from now I go back for a follow-up review of what the doctor saw!

All I know is he had better seen nothin' 'cept SUNSHINE! :)

THIS is what the procedure looks like:

All Clear

At this very moment I'm in the midst of drinking the prescribed liquid to prepare for tomorrow's colonoscopy!  I've downed (6) 8-oz glasses thus far.  I don't feel anything.  And the liquid doesn't taste as wretched as folks warned me.  It was flavored with lemon, so maybe that's why it doesn't taste nasty.  Actually, it's reminiscent of Gatorade.

Well, I'm gonna keep drinking until everything is cleared from my colon.  I haven't used the bathroom even once yet since drinking the liquid, so I'm sure it's a-comin'!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a patient man, so what will be, will be!!!  :)

Two weeks ago, BIG BROTHER 16 wrapped and I'm happy to say the show has been picked up for two more seasons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As usual, I had a terrific time working with the contestants this season.  Truth be told, I just really like meeting new people and hearing their stories.

So, here's to next summer (whether I'm back or not)!!!!!!!!!!
