When I look at my Facebook page and hear from people I haven't seen in years, it's sooooooooo surprising to me to see how much they've changed physically. I know I've changed, too, but dang, do I look as...umm..."mature" as they do?????? Honestly, the changes our outter shell experiences are truly a mystery and a miracle to me. I hope & pray I continue to feel good and look good for as long as I'm alive. It's up to me.
