Riddle me this: If a bank calls a customer demanding payment and the customer tells the bank he has neither a pot to piss in nor a window to throw it out of why does the bank still ask the customer if he can make some kind of payment arrangement? Wouldn't a
caring bank simply suggest the customer go to Macy*s & Lowes to charge cookware and a window??
