Lawd, Have Mercy!
He's 16 yrs old. 5-feet-5. 110 lbs. A baby. A tiny baby. A tiny baby who shot and killed another baby (15-yr-old girl). Accidentally. When will firearms be outlawed? When? (N.Y. Daily News)
Guns are not the problem anymore than cars are the reason for motor vehicle deaths. Personal responsibility, proper parenting and strong penalties for criminals are what will net the results you desire.
