The Color Of Opportunity

There are sooooo many actors of color I'd like to see working.  I know that the Law Of Attraction states that what you believe, is what you bring to you.  But what about those who are in control of Hollywood?  Does the same rule apply to them, too?  'Cause, if so, what if they aren't attracted to actors of color???  S-t-a-t-u-s Q-u-o.
