I just received a property listing of the NYC apartment pictured above! Haaa! Took one look at it and LAUGHED OUT LOUD! The darn thing is listed at $4,500,000! And the MONTHLY maintenance fee is $4,563!!!! That's $54,756 per year in maintenance fees ALONE!!! GOODNESS GRACIOUS! Of course, one is supposed to be really impressed that the building is on Central Park West. AND...that it has a DOORMAN! Heck, I'd just as soon live in JERSEY CITY again with NO doorman and NO VIEW of Central Park for a TENTH of what NYC wants for this joint! Geez!
